John Mayer is hilarious. His "John Mayer Has A TV Show" is on YouTube, and it's good comedy. He knows how to spank the system that feeds him.
I actually met John Mayer in Manhattan, after a New York Times interview show on Broadway in early 2005. Even dropped copies of Tucker Booth 4 President and Noodle-Arm Whimsy on him. Didn't hear back from him... I'm not surprised, though. I'm a pretty busy guy. Hard to get ahold of. I hope he wasn't offended.
